Nerva rewired my Vagus Nerve communication. Now my gut talks to my brain in a way that doesn’t signal panic. I can cook and eat normal again. I can go to restaurants. I haven’t had a panic attack in months. It was well worth the money. Much less than my dietician and psychologist and it helped me in half the time.
This program is so worth trying. It took four and a half weeks and then was like a miracle. My bowels are working normally for the first time in my life! Even better I am back to eating most of the foods I have considered trigger foods. Things I thought I would never eat again. Even with the cost, I figure I am saving at least that much by not having to buy specialty food anymore (gluten free, white sugar free, etc etc etc). I am saving time by not analyzing every ingredient in products I buy. The trial will tell you if you can tolerate doing it, but for me it didn’t work until more time went by.
