Amelia is a HCPC and BDA Registered Dietitian, specialising in the dietary management of gastrointestinal disorders. She has a special interest in the management of irritable bowel syndrome and other functional gut disorders.
Amelia is dedicated to guiding individuals towards the right dietary choices to manage their unique symptoms, whilst fostering a healthy relationship with food. She adopts a holistic approach to gut health, integrating both lifestyle and dietary strategies to effectively manage symptoms and enhance her patients' overall quality of life.
Amelia completed her dietetic training at Monash University, Australia where she completed her certification in the Low FODMAP Diet. She gained specialist gastrointestinal experience in the UK working at various leading teaching hospitals in where she continues to support patients within the NHS.
