Dr. Betsy Gaines

Clinical Health Psychologist

Dr. Gaines offers a warm, collaborative environment filled with hope. Drawing from over 20 years of experience in chronic pain management and other medical disorders, she provides comprehensive, holistic care, connecting the dots for optimal treatment outcomes.

After receiving her doctorate degree from The Wright Institute, Dr. Gaines focused on working with children and their families for her early career. After personal experiences with medical conditions, she came to appreciate the importance of health psychology and the mind body connection with first hand empathy.

Dr. Gaines’ extensive experience enables her to approach situations from multiple perspectives, ensuring that all her patients’ needs are not just met but exceeded. Her support empowers patients to navigate towards a more joyful and connected existence.

When not working with her patients, Dr. Gaines on the sidelines of her children’s’ soccer games or spending time outside. She adores meditation and mindfulness, as well as yoga and walking her dogs.
