With extensive training in primary care, women’s health, and hospital settings, she brings a wealth of experience spanning all ages and diverse concerns. Dr. Joseph excels in collaborating with care team members, ensuring a holistic approach that leaves patients feeling supported at every step of their journey.

She received her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from University of Denver with an emphasis in Health Psychology and went on to receive training from numerous academic health centers across the country, including Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in San Antonio, TX, and Denver Health in Denver, CO.

With such a strong foundation in a wide range of integrated healthcare environments, Dr. Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her care. Dr. Joseph adopts a goal-oriented, strengths-based, and collaborative approach to empower patients in effecting positive change.

She finds immense satisfaction in helping patients with chronic and acute medical conditions reclaim control over their lives. Patients can expect to learn strategies for adapting and finding meaning amidst medical challenges, enhancing overall satisfaction under Dr. Joseph’s compassionate guidance.

When not working with patients, Dr. Joseph is spending time with her family and dog, watching her favorite sports and TV series, or in the kitchen, baking or cooking.
