Megan graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Science in 2016 and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2018. She has extensive experience working with individuals to help them achieve their health goals.
Megan has been a personal trainer for over ten years and also works as a Dietitian in Corporate Health Promotion. She is a keen CrossFitter and AFL player and was the winning female in the Canberra 50km ultramarathon in 2020.
Megan has a strong interest in the impact of nutrition and exercise on both physical and mental health. She has valuable insights into the psychological and physical challenges of dieting through personal experience of recovering from disordered eating. Megan is particularly interested in helping individuals improve their relationship with food and empower them with nutrition-related knowledge.
She is confident in applying Medical Nutrition Therapy in the prevention and management of various chronic conditions, including overweight and obesity, PCOS, disordered eating, anxiety and depression, gastrointestinal discomfort, and food allergies and intolerances.
