Shauna is a dietitian who prefers to focus on promoting healthy habits rather than weight loss, and believes that all foods can be included as part of a healthy diet. What’s more important is the quantity and overall diet quality.
Having seen a Dietitian herself as a teenager, Shauna understands the importance of actively listening to clients and individualising nutrition advice. She has a strong interest in gut health and has completed the Monash University Low FODMAP course to become a Certified FODMAP Practitioner, but Shauna is always interested in offering other suggestions to her clients.
