I work as a physiotherapist in the pelvic health space and often see a lot of patients with pelvic/abdominal pain and contributing co-morbidities such as IBS.
I suffer from IBS myself and understand the impact it has on everyday activities and social events. I completed the Nerva program myself and saw significant improvement. For me, it was a no-brainer as I hated the restrictive nature of the low FODMAP diet. I hope to help other individuals with IBS feel empowered and become active participants in their management to help both physical and psychological symptoms for long-term health and happiness.
