Tina’s patients describe her as collaborative, meeting them where they are, and adapting her style and interventions to the most supportive.
With over 20 years of experience, Tina is able to pull from her vast experience successfully treating children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings to provide best possible collaboration, both with the patient and their existing providers.
She received her Masters in Professional Counseling from Argosy University and went on to pursue training in dual, substance use and mental illness diagnoses. With this as her foundation, her patients greatly benefit from Tina’s ability to approach and address multiple concerns while exploring their influence on the other.
Tina collaboratively identifies presenting concerns alongside her patients and provides expert recommendations for treatment approaches that are supported by scientific research. She focuses on teaching her patients the skills they will need to maintain helpful changes independently. Being that her therapeutic style is compassionate, client-centered, goal-oriented, and geared towards whole-body health, Tina’s whole person approach allows for a deeper understanding of the patient’s self.
